Monkey Jump

Introduction

This is the first game I've done in a long time. I used to mess around with making games in highschool nearly 20 years ago. I'm looking to get back into the hobby so I set myself a challenge to make a game within a week and publish it to itch, almost like my own personal game jam.

I was inspired by a game called panGEMic to make Monkey Jump. I made it in Godot using a basic tutorial on making a platformer, and then looked up additional information as I needed.

GamePlay

Monkey has had his bananas stolen and needs to get them back. Navigate your way around the levels, and collect all bananas to proceed to the next level.

Control Monkey using either your keyboard (with SPACE to jump) or with a gamepad!
